A striking new hashtagSkyscraper is planned for downtown hashtagDubai, where global architecture studio MVRDV has unveiled Inaura – a 210-metre luxury hotel and residential tower developed for Arada. Designed to stand out in a city known for iconic high-rises, the tower will feature a luminous orb near its summit – a bold architectural move intended to capture attention in a skyline where towers constantly compete for visibility.
According to MVRDV, the glowing orb introduces a “novel and curious” architectural moment, transforming the upper portion of the building into a visual anchor for the city. These orb-dominated floors will house the Sky Lounge, offering panoramic views across the Dubai skyline, including Burj Khalifa.
Below, the tower is planned to accommodate a 101-room luxury hotel, followed by 105 high-end apartments. Above the Sky Lounge, seven additional floors will host nine exclusive penthouse residences, branded as Sky Villas – blending hashtagLuxuryLiving with bold hashtagHighRiseDesign and innovative hashtagEngineering.
