In 2024, IA advanced its long-term commitment to a sustainable and inclusive future, achieving major milestones including the validation of its Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) goals—an important step in its carbon reduction strategy.

The firm also appointed Brett Gardner as Senior Director of Sustainability, leveraging his expertise across 50+ LEED-certified projects and 18 million sq. ft. of sustainable design work. IA’s mission further expands through equity, governance, and transparency initiatives.
