Constructed with stabilised earth blocks sourced from on-site soil, the project minimises material transport while reflecting local context. The design incorporates lightweight foam concrete roofs with insulation by FlexStone, exposed finishes without plaster, and Kota stone flooring, creating a low-impact yet highly functional living environment.
