CTRL/PLAY Office is a dynamic workspace in Kyiv, Ukraine, designed by ZIKZAK Architects for a fast‑moving creative firm. The project transforms a 920 sqm office into a high‑tempo environment where energy, competition, and collaboration are integral to everyday work. Rather than conforming to typical office clichés, the design prioritizes spatial flexibility and emotional engagement, creating zones that reflect the company’s ethos of rhythm and results. ZIKZAK Architects conceived the interior as a functional field for creative performance, using architecture to embody tension, excitement, and motion. The reception, open workspaces, and lounge areas are tuned for rapid transitions, encouraging fluid movement and spontaneous interaction. A sculptural concrete kitchen island and café‑like break zone support sociability, while graphic accents and movable furniture empower teams to pivot quickly between tasks.
