IA Interior Architects has been honored with the 2025 SEGD Global Design Honor Award in the Branded Environments category for its transformative project, Relish’in Change. Designed for Relish Works, the workspace represents a harmonious fusion of creativity, strategy, and experiential storytelling.
A Dual-Natured Design Challenge
Relish Works required a workplace that reflected both its innovation-driven ethos and its partnership with a seasoned corporate entity. IA Interior Architects approached this challenge by crafting an environment where experimental thinking meets structured business identity.
Operational Details: Crafting an Immersive Hybrid Workplace
The project features experiential graphics and environmental design elements that illustrate the dual character of the organization. These components do more than beautify the space—they serve as navigation, narrative, and reinforcement tools that support a workplace culture built on agility and purposeful exploration.
The design was realized through collaboration with Huntsman Architectural Group, Moss, and Allkinds. Key contributors included Chad Finken, Lila M., and Andrea Benatar, whose collective expertise brought the hybrid vision to life.
Economic & Creative Impact
By developing a workplace that balances innovation with strategic identity, IA Interior Architects has set a new standard for branded environments. The project enhances collaboration, drives creative engagement, and provides a scalable model for organizations seeking meaningful spatial experiences that boost productivity and employee culture.
Strategic Significance
The recognition from SEGD underscores IA Interior Architects’ expertise in human-centered experiential environments. Relish’in Change exemplifies how thoughtful design can shape an organization’s evolving culture, strengthen brand presence, and support continuous transformation within competitive markets.
