Bechtel has announced the appointment of Lucy Martin as President of its Mining & Metals (M&M) business, effective April 6, 2026. She succeeds Ailie MacAdam, who will retire in May following an exceptional 41-year tenure with the company.

Outgoing president Ailie MacAdam leaves behind a strong legacy. Since taking on the role in 2020, she has driven improved financial performance, enhanced project execution, and led the business to achieve its strongest new work bookings in 15 years in 2025.
