Livat Shanghai – Bronze, Communal Areas
Developed for Ingka Centres, Livat Shanghai blends Scandinavian clarity with Shanghainese cultural nuance. A striking five-level oak staircase serves as social infrastructure, complemented by modular lounges, libraries, and adaptable FIKA zones designed for flexible community use.
Macquarie Group Singapore – Finalist, Communal Areas
Located in Marina Bay, the project transforms an underused area into a work-well-being hub. Inspired by Singapore’s “Garden City,” it incorporates lush planting, terracotta quilted textiles, warm lighting, and playful elements, including a hybrid ping-pong-pool table that enhances interaction and productivity.
Hang Seng Bank Headquarters, Hong Kong – Finalist, Retail Chains & Shopping Centres
Aligned with Hang Seng’s “Future Banking 2.0” vision, this redesign introduces flexible zones such as City Vibe, Bamboo Retreat, and Harbour Flow. A strong sustainability focus includes upcycled granite and glass diverting 160,000 kg of waste and kinetic flooring that converts footsteps into energy.
