PBK has announced the appointment of Isabel Corsino Lee, AIA, NCARB, IIDA, ALEP, as Senior Principal and Area Leader for the Dallas–Fort Worth region. With more than two decades of architectural leadership across K–12, civic, municipal, commercial, multifamily, and public-sector environments, she brings a holistic, community-focused vision to one of PBK’s most dynamic markets.

    A Leader Shaping Community-Driven Design

As a licensed architect and interior designer across Texas, Florida, and Puerto Rico, Isabel has built a reputation for creating environments that are functional, human-centered, and deeply aligned with community priorities. Her collaborative approach and strong client relationships have positioned her as a trusted advisor across educational institutions, civic departments, and public agencies. Her arrival at PBK reflects the firm’s continued strategy to strengthen leadership in key regions.

Operational Details: A Career Rooted in Multidisciplinary Expertise

Isabel’s professional journey includes leading multidisciplinary design teams, managing major bond programs, and partnering closely with superintendents, district leaders, civic officials, and community groups. Her experience spans planning, architectural delivery, stakeholder engagement, and program management, enabling her to balance design innovation with operational realities. Her previous role as a Director of Economic Development further enriches her understanding of local government processes, long-term planning, and economic impact.

Economic and Industry Impact: Elevating PBK’s Regional Presence

The Dallas–Fort Worth region continues to see rising investment in education, civic infrastructure, and community-focused development. Isabel’s leadership will support PBK’s efforts to enhance project delivery, strengthen client partnerships, and guide resilient, future-ready design across the DFW area. Her multifaceted background positions PBK to continue expanding its footprint in both public-sector and educational environments.

Strategic Significance: Advancing K–12 and Civic Design Excellence

In her role as Area Leader, Isabel will champion design excellence that reflects the aspirations of students, educators, public teams, and local communities. Her influence will help PBK elevate regional design standards, improve stakeholder collaboration, and deliver spaces that support long-term community growth. The appointment underscores PBK’s commitment to integrating leadership with vision, impact, and meaningful design outcomes.
