Over the past three years, the firm has strengthened its workforce, expanded geographically, and diversified its service portfolio. These tangible gains now form the backbone of a forward-looking strategy aimed at reinforcing operational excellence and deepening client partnerships
President and CEO Gregory Kelly emphasized that the plan builds on proven achievements while positioning STV to navigate evolving infrastructure and design demands with clarity and technical rigor.
