The Urubah Tower represents a shift toward future-centric development within the capital. Introduced on 18 November by Bernardo Fort-Brescia, FAIA, the presentation highlighted how the tower aligns with Riyadh’s broader transformation goals under Vision 2030. The structure is conceived as a vibrant mixed-use destination accommodating commercial, residential, and lifestyle components.
