The project carefully preserves original facades and the central courtyard, which retains its native vegetation and becomes the heart of the hotel’s public life. New elevated structures, additional courtyards, and open galleries maximize natural light and cross ventilation, creating a tranquil atmosphere rooted in its tropical setting.
