Ananta House – A Fluid Expression of Brick, Geometry and Climate Intelligence

Located in Chattarpur, Delhi, Ananta House by Morphogenesis stands as a compelling exploration of geometry, materiality, and climate intelligence. Inspired by the infinity symbol and integrated with the spatial logic of a courtyard, the residence unfolds as a sculptural form defined by sweeping curves and a continuous roofline.

Concept and Spatial Design

The architectural concept draws from fluid geometry, translating the infinity loop into a built form that feels both dynamic and grounded. The courtyard acts as an organizing element, anchoring the spatial experience while enabling natural ventilation and light penetration-key aspects in contemporary residential design.

Brick as a Dynamic Material

The façade reinterprets traditional brick architecture through depth, texture, and intricate detailing. Techniques such as corbelling, recessed courses, brick bands, and jaalis shape the curvilinear envelope, creating a rich visual language.
