STV has achieved a significant milestone as the I-Move Kentucky design-build program earned the Grand Award at the American Council of Engineering Companies of Kentucky Engineering Excellence Awards. Serving as lead designer alongside Hall Contracting of Kentucky, Inc., STV worked closely with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to deliver the $180 million program within a fixed budget.
