Rustomjee Belle Vue, located in the scenic Kasara Hills, has reached an important sustainability milestone by earning the IGBC Carbon Net Zero (Design) Certification for its clubhouses and allied services. This recognition marks a significant achievement for Rustomjeeโs first plotted development and highlights the companyโs strong commitment to environmentally responsible real estate development.

Led by Namrata Nulwalla, the project reflects a thoughtful approach to sustainability through the use of low embodied carbon materials, renewable energy strategies, and climate-conscious design principles. Set against the backdrop of the Sahyadri Hills, Rustomjee Belle Vue demonstrates how innovation and careful planning can align modern development with long-term environmental goals.
The achievement is the result of collaborative efforts by the Kasara team and the Sustain and Save team, along with key contributors Pranati Shroff-Munot and Ar. Mrunmayee Kamble, whose leadership and expertise played a vital role in delivering this milestone.
This recognition represents a proud step toward building greener, more responsible communities and sets a strong benchmark for sustainable and green building practices in India.
