Māsa, located in the historic center of Riga, Latvia, is a 120 sqm restaurant designed to celebrate locality, warmth, and community. Situated next to its sister bakery Better Bread, the space serves natural wine and dishes developed by chef Vova Tashaev, with a focus on Latvian produce and gluten‑free offerings. The interior preserves original elements of the building—such as layered wall finishes and rounded cornices—while blending soft tones, natural materials, and bright yellow accents to evoke a cozy and lived‑in atmosphere.
