IFG’s design for the MAX Zone Sales Centre and Show Office draws deeply on Lingnan (Cantonese) culture and Chinese feng shui principles to shape spaces that encourage interaction, creativity, and positive energy—known locally as Jù, or the act of gathering energy. At the Sales Centre, contemporary reinterpretations of traditional Lingnan archways greet visitors in a sculptural lobby where water features, textured flooring, hand-crafted artefacts, and local ceramics narrate cultural heritage in a modern context.
