The Mimi, Olia & Va! project at Citizen on Jasper in Edmonton, Alberta transforms the street‑level of a residential tower into a dynamic trio of culinary and social venues. Commissioned by chef Daniel Costa, the design weaves three distinct experiences—Va!, a casual daytime café; Olia, an elegant Italian restaurant; and Mimi, a late‑night lounge—into a fluid sequence that unfolds like scenes in a day‑long narrative. Each space features its own unique palette and ambiance while remaining interconnected, offering everything from morning espresso to evening cocktails in one vibrant destination.
