Rewe Trakt X is an innovative interior environment designed by Brandherm + Krumrey Interior Architecture, a Cologne and Hamburg–based studio known for holistic, sustainable, and concept‑driven design. The project transforms a 480 m² area within the REWE Markt GmbH site in Hürth, Germany into a vibrant multifunctional space that supports learning, collaboration, and creative exchange. Brandherm + Krumrey’s work emphasizes atmospheric quality and thoughtful zoning to accommodate diverse modern workplace needs. B-K-I
The design addresses the evolving nature of work and team interaction in a world where remote and hybrid models are common. Flexible, transparent glass fold‑away partitions allow the space to shift between intimate workshop zones and larger gathering areas for up to 50 people. Warm, natural materials—such as light linoleum and textile flooring, acoustic ceiling elements, and a carefully coordinated lighting concept—create an environment that supports focus, informal exchange, and collective thinking.
