Six Pacific Place is the latest addition to the prestigious Pacific Place complex in Admiralty and Wan Chai, Hong Kong—a premium mixed‑use destination encompassing offices, retail, hotels, and residences. Developed by Swire Properties, the 24‑storey Grade‑A tower offers approximately 218,000 sq ft of modern office space, strategically linking to the existing Pacific Place precinct and supporting Hong Kong’s evolving Central Business District. The project has been built to the highest sustainable standards, achieving Platinum certifications for LEED, WELL, and BEAM Plus, as well as Platinum WiredScore and SmartScore for digital connectivity. The interior design—contributed by ARK Associates Limited—emphasizes spatial clarity, material contrast, and sculptural engagement in the lobby and key circulation areas. A bold folded architectural concept animates the interior, where angular planes and dynamic volumes generate visual movement and invite occupant interaction. Vertical wooden fins filter abundant natural light into the lobby, while layered walnut wood panels and refined white marble create warmth and textural depth. A sculptural black steel staircase anchors the space, guiding visitors upward while reinforcing the contemporary aesthetic that defines Six Pacific Place’s workplace identity.
