Todd Buchananโs career spans over 25 years, with a portfolio marked by major regional initiatives, including work on the Western State Hospital behavioral health campus and long-term programs with the Port of Seattle. His appointment reflects Perkins&Willโs commitment to strengthening design leadership in one of its most strategically positioned studios.
