The Small Business Innovation Hub, located at 115 Bowery in Manhattan’s Chinatown, is a purpose‑built community space developed for the nonprofit Welcome to Chinatown. Converted from a former plumbing fixtures store, the hub serves as a flexible resource centre offering business support services, mentorship, coworking facilities, and event programming aimed at empowering local entrepreneurs and fostering economic resilience in the neighbourhood.
