The Small Business Innovation Hub, located at 115 Bowery in Manhattan’s Chinatown, is a purpose‑built community space developed for the nonprofit Welcome to Chinatown. Converted from a former plumbing fixtures store, the hub serves as a flexible resource centre offering business support services, mentorship, coworking facilities, and event programming aimed at empowering local entrepreneurs and fostering economic resilience in the neighbourhood. Spaced Agency’s design responds directly to Chinatown’s vibrant street life and entrepreneurial spirit, blending spatial adaptability with cultural symbolism.
